1. General FAQ
How do I create an account?
Download the Netizn app and tap "Sign Up". You'll need to provide your basic profile information, email, and password.
How do I change my profile information?
Go to your User Dashboard, tap the settings icon, and select "Update Profile". You can change your name, bio, and other profile details there.
How do I reset my password?
On the Login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions to reset it via your registered email.
2. Social & Community
What are Threads, Reels, and Stories?
- Threads: Text-based posts (with media) for discussions and updates.
- Reels: Short, engaging videos for entertainment and sharing.
- Stories: Temporary posts that disappear after 24 hours.
How do I report a post or user?
Tap the three dots (⋮) on any post or profile and select "Report". Choose the reason for your report, and our team will review it.
How do I mute comments on my post?
When creating a post, you can toggle "Mute Comments" to prevent others from commenting on that specific post.
3. Marketplace & Shops
How do I create a Shop?
Go to the Marketplace tab and select "Create New Shop". Follow the steps to set up your business profile, add products, and list services.
What are Shop Subscriptions?
Shops require a paid subscription to remain active and visible in the marketplace. You can manage your subscription and renewals in your Shop Dashboard.
How do I track my shop's performance?
Use the Shop Analytics feature to view insights on shop visits, product views, and user engagements like likes and shares.
4. Health & Wellness
How does the Health tracker work?
If you grant permission, Netizn tracks your daily steps, distance, and calories burned. You can view your progress and close your activity rings in the Health tab.
Is the AI Wellness tool accurate?
The AI Wellness features use advanced AI to provide motivational recommendations. However, it is not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a professional doctor for medical concerns.
What is the Health Score?
Your Health Score is a daily calculation based on your activity metrics and achievements. It's designed to motivate you toward a healthier lifestyle.
5. Privacy & Security
Who can see my posts?
By default, your profile and posts are public. You can adjust your privacy settings to control who can follow you and view your content.
How do I block someone?
Go to the user's profile, tap the three dots (⋮), and select "Block User". They will no longer be able to interact with you or see your content.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, select "Account" and then "Delete Account". This action is permanent and will remove your profile and all related data.
